4. Amazon Data Usage
ASINcentre connects to your Amazon Seller Central account using Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API). We access your data using OAuth 2.0 authorisation — we never have access to your Amazon username or password.
Our access is read-only for analytics purposes. We do not use your Amazon data to:
- Make changes to your listings, orders, or account settings
- Train machine learning models for use outside your account
- Share or sell your data to third parties for their commercial purposes
You can revoke our API access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account under Apps & Services.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Amazon Web Services / Hostinger — cloud infrastructure and hosting
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your data.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ASINcentre, our users, or the public.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3 for all connections)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive tokens (AES-256)
- Regular automated database backups
- Access controls and authentication requirements for all staff
- Rate limiting and abuse prevention on all API endpoints
While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@asincentre.com.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Essential cookies: session management and authentication — required for the service to function
- Analytics cookies: understanding how users navigate our platform to improve the product
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.

- After 30 days, your Amazon API tokens are deleted and data sync stops
- You can request immediate deletion by emailing us
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law
10. Children's Privacy
